Summer 2008 - Integration

Integration seems to be the focus word at the moment. Even though those who have been consciously on their spiritual path for a while are often aware of the need to integrate each experience gained into the unified whole of not just the personality self but in balance with the soul. The importance of this unified integration seems to have recently become more magnified. Is it because we are beginning to become more consciously aware of our effect on others? That the things that we think, do and feel don't just affect ourselves but have a huge impact on humanity as a whole. If this is the case then this is a wonderful break though and demonstrates the fact that we are really beginning to push forward into the Aquarian Age of unified group consciousness and awareness.

The more of us that begin to become conscious of not just the effect our daily experiences have on ourselves but begin to recognise the impact that it has on others the greater we will effect others in positive ways as we make the changes in our life to live a more positive, loving and balanced existence. Co-creating with others is ultimately co creating with God or the Divine and moving away from the old Piscean energy of just sitting back and surrendering to the Divine hoping that things would be done for us.

As we co-create and meet the energy half way in equal energy relationships on all levels we will begin to see these changes taking place in the world. Each one of us that is open to receive inner guidance and then take the required action even in small ways to manifest this guidance into our world. Will affect every one. The key to this is integration. To integrate every experience that we have through all levels of our being. Not just as a spiritual experience that has no means of grounding itself into the world but through a balanced response to this spiritual guidance through thoughts emotions and actions guided by the inner self or soul. These experiences are the ones we have in daily living, not just when we are doing therapy or something that we have labelled as spiritual. The days of trying to separate spiritual being from physical experience are well gone. We really must see them as one and the same.

Over the past few months I have really become aware of the requirement that humanity has for integration. To action and not just talk about the things we would like to do or feel inspired to do. The time really is now. We all have so many gifts and talents that make up the whole and individually we can all contribute to the divine plan. The integrating of everything we have experienced in this lifetime and many before.

A few months ago I was guided to write a workshop on integration bringing together many systems that we are all often aware of but still separate them. From these I have channelled a few visualizations with crystal layouts that can assist with Integration. This workshop will be held in September.
